WHAT IS CHARMS?
Charms Office Assistant (Charms) is our financial management system. This web-based system is used across the country by bands to coordinate all financial, fundraising, and trip expenses, as well as acting as a portal to a wealth of other band information. Approximately once a month, you will receive a statement from Charms that will list the costs that your student has incurred to date. You can access Charms online via your personal computer or on their mobile website with your smartphone web browser.
LOGGING INTO CHARMS
Login to Charms using the following link:
Enter the school code: Eldoradoboosters, then enter your password.
The first time you login to Charms, the initial password is your student’s BAND ID** number, not their APS ID number. You will be prompted to change your password at that time.
**ID numbers will be sent to families for their first-time login. Please look for an email with this information from the band treasurer and secretary.
If you need your password reset, please email your request to firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com. They will notify you when it has been reset.
Click on the $ icon or the Finances icon to pay your bill.
