We are getting ever closer to the end of the semester - wow, has it gone by fast.

We had a great jazz concert this past week, and looking forward to another concert this week.

It was great to see so many of our parents and volunteers at the booster Christmas party last night.  Another thanks to JP, our trip coordinator, for hosting, and again to all the parents and volunteers that make this program so great!

• Yearbooks - Another plug for getting your band yearbook ordered

• Uniforms - Please make sure to get any marching uniform parts turned in ASAP.  We need those turned in to avoid any charges against your APS student accounts.

Winter Concert

As is our tradition, for our winter band concert, we finish with a giant cookie party in the PAC foyer.  Simply bring in some of your favorite cookies to share with the community, and after the concerts, we'll hang out for a bit and enjoy some delicious cookies together.

Yearbooks

Don't forget to order your 2025-2026 Band Yearbook! Yearbooks are $24.54 with 90 full color pages. To order a yearbook visit www.TreeRing.com and enter passcode: 1016667234694117

If creating an account, make sure to click the "not applicable" option for Teacher/Grade.

Seniors, you will be receiving information about your senior pages in early January. 

Reach out to yearbooks@eldorado.band with any questions.

Uniforms

It's important to get any remaining uniform parts from marching season turned in ASAP.  If you see any attire element assigned to your student account in Cut Time, get them turned in quickly so we can close out the season.  Remember that uniform parts not turned in are charged against your APS student accounts.

a word from Mr. Sayre...

Hello Eagle Band Community!

What a week we have ahead as we move into the final stretch before break. Thank you for staying focused, prepared, and supportive of each other and our community. Keep showing up strong!

On Monday, December 8, we will have a morning assembly. Please wear your band shirts and bring your pep band instrument and flip folder.

Tuesday, December 9, is the Hoover Middle School Band Concert. Come support our future Eagles as they take the stage at 6pm. 

This Thursday, December 11, our Winter Guard, Percussion, and Concert Bands will perform. Student call time is 6:00pm in the PAC for attendance. Dress is all black. If you would like to help decorate the PAC for their performance, stay after school and we’ll set it up together.

Schedule This Week

Monday – After school practice

Tuesday – Chamber Club after school and Hoover MS Concert at 6pm

Wednesday – Open practice available after school

Thursday – Winter Concert | Call Time 6pm | Concert Starts 6:30pm

Looking ahead, the Eisenhower Middle School and Jackson Middle School Concerts will be held on Monday, December 16. Please make plans to attend and support these outstanding future Eagles.

We have a lot to accomplish before finals week. Keep pushing and stay committed.
