WHAT IS CUT TIME?
Cut Time is our student management system. It manages contact information and assigned student shared costs. All broadly-assigned shared costs that support the operational costs of the band program are assigned and paid in the Cut Time ecosystem.
WHAT IS THE BAND STORE?
The Band Store is used to collect optional costs that may need to be paid throughout the year, and include items such as trip commitments and optional registrations (such as All-State).
LOGGING INTO CUT TIME
Early in the year, during the summer time, you should receive a text message from the Cut Time system that contains what they call a "magic link". This is a link that is specific to your mobile number, and is verified to be owned by you when it is first setup.
NOTE: Because this link is tied to your number, it is important that you do not share it with others. If you need to have additional parent/guardian numbers added, send an email to secretary@eldorado.band or president@eldorado.band to have them setup with access to your student account.
Once your "magic link" is setup, you will have access to all students you are configured as parent/guardian over. You can see announcements and other financial information associated with your student's account at any time using that link.

Any available purchases will be visible on this page (most are only available at certain times of the year). The first time you make a purchase through the store, you will need to create an account that can be used again for future purchases.
PAYING SHARED COSTS
You can easily pay most shared costs from the Cut Time interface by scrolling to the Financial Summary section, and clicking the Make a payment button.
Some optional costs not associated with the operational costs of the band program are paid through our Band Store, the availability of which will be communicated through weekly newsletters.
