HELP WANTED!

We need your help! This band program operates on talent, energy, enthusiasm, and volunteer power. Chaperones, uniforms, flea market - they all rely on volunteer parents to be successful. Below are some other areas in which volunteers are needed. If your particular skill or area of interest is not listed, please feel free to contact a Booster Board member or committee chair to offer your services.

There are many ways to volunteer to support the EHS Band Program. Many of those are listed below. Be sure to review this list before the Booster Meeting in July so you’re ready to sign up! Lists will be available at the Parent meeting at the end of Band Camp and on the website Right Now!

Opportunities to volunteer will also be published in our weekly Sunday email communications.

BACKGROUND CHECKS

Booster Volunteers must have a valid, current and approved Albuquerque Public Schools (APS) unsupervised volunteer background clearance in place. For more information on how to become a volunteer, see the How To Volunteer page.

We do volunteer signups within Cut Time.

Currently available signups:

Friday, 9/18 - Football Game vs. Hobbs (Chaperones, hydration, and food/fun)

You can get to the signups using the your "magic link" into Cut Time. From your student's dashboard, choose Events. There you will see upcoming events and if volunteers are needed. Click on the event and choose Sign Up for the role for which you would like to volunteer. The system will also send you reminders as the event nears.
