Welcome Directors!
This is the place to find all the information you will need to know for getting registered for the ABQ UNM Jazz Festival 2025.

REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS
To begin the registration process, you will click on the Jazz Festival Registration button below.
Once on the registration page, you will need to add a registration fee to your cart for every ensemble you need to register. When you add the registration to your cart, fill out the form, providing some preliminary details about the ensemble.
When you have added all the required ensembles to your cart, click on the Continue button. Here you will be asked to acknowledge the payment policy (also outlined below).
Click on the Continue button, which will take you to the Checkout page. If desired, you may pay by card, but we know most will opt to pay by check. To do so, choose the "Cash or Check" option (NO CASH PAYMENTS WILL BE ACCEPTED). As soon as possible, after submission, expect to receive a quote from our treasurer for the number of ensembles you have registered.
Click the Pay Now button to complete the submission.
PAYMENT POLICY
Registration cost is $200 per ensemble
To avoid a $25 late registration fee (per ensemble), payment must be received, or a PO Number provided to the Eldorado Band Boosters at treasurer@eldorado.band no later than 2/1/2025
Payment may be made by credit/debit card or check. NO CASH PAYMENTS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
If payment by check is selected during registration, the Eldorado Band Booster treasurer will send a quote for the requested number of ensembles to the email address(es) provided during registration. These may be used by bookkeepers and/or accounting departments to process payment.
If applicable, once a PO Number is assigned, please send it to treasurer@eldorado.band as soon as possible. An invoice will be provided after PO Number is received.

PROGRAM INSTRUCTIONS
Closer to the event, you will need to provide the selections and program being performed by your ensemble(s). Please submit these forms as soon as is feasible, but no later than 2/10/2025.
Click on the button below to fill out the program form.
You will also need to bring a printout of the stage layout for each ensemble filled in with how the stage should be configured for your ensemble.
