Don't forget to order a 2024-2025 Band Yearbook! Time is running out!
Yearbooks are 90 pages of full color photos from the entire band year. Books can be ordered online for $24.54 plus tax & free shipping. Deadline to order a yearbook is April 14th. Books will be handed out at the May 10th Band Banquet.

Hello Eagle Band!
We’re entering an exciting time of year with some big events just around the corner. As we wrap up the competitive Winter Guard season and prepare to send off our Seniors, we want to take a moment to celebrate all they’ve done for the Eldorado Bands. Seniors, thank you for your leadership, dedication, and music—you’ve left your mark, and we can’t wait to hear about your future adventures. Don’t be strangers; we expect to see you back as involved alumni sharing your stories and support!
This Week:
Monday (April 7):
During 6th and 7th periods, we’ll be hosting a special recital and Q&A session with musicians from United States Marine Corps Musicians. You are excused from class to attend, but be sure to stay on top of any missed assignments.
Tuesday (April 8):
During Zero Hour and 1st period, Marine Corps musicians will return to listen to student solo and small ensemble performances as part of our Annual Recital Day. Come prepared to perform and receive valuable feedback!
Wednesday:
Color Guard Class is cancelled this week. A huge congratulations to our Winter Guard on the successful conclusion of your season—we are proud of all your hard work!
Thursday:
Percussion Class will meet after school from 4–6 PM.
Saturday (April 12):
Students participating in the NMMEA Solo and Ensemble Festival will perform at Jackson Middle School. The schedule is posted in the band hallway. Be sure to check your time, arrive early, and bring everything you need!
Coming Up:
Spring Band Trip – April 15–19:
We’re getting close! Final details and reminders will be sent out soon. Make sure you’re ready.
Band Banquet – May 10:
Join us as we celebrate the year together at the Berna Facio Professional Development Center. Mark your calendars!
Student Leadership Applications:
Applications will be available soon for the 2025–2026 school year. Start thinking about how you’d like to serve the program!
Jazz Band Auditions:
Audition material will be pulled directly from the NMMEA Jazz All-State audition packet, which is already available on the NMMEA website. Be on the lookout for official audition details soon.
