Now on to the details...
Luminaria Sale
Our annual Luminaria sale fundraiser is open. This is a fundraiser we do every year and is a great way to connect with our community and raise some money for the band program. We will have the sale open until Thanksgiving. Here is the link to order luminarias in our band store - share it with family and friends!
https://eldoradoband.revtrak.net/fundraising
There is also a Facebook post you can share from our Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/EldoradoEaglesBand/
In December, we will have a build day, where the students will get together and we will build all the luminarias - be on the lookout for the details of when that will be.
Also, if you are able to help us out by folding luminaria bags, please let me know ASAP.
Mario's Pizza Restaurant Night
TOMORROW, 11/6, from 11AM - 8PM is our Mario's Pizza Restaurant Night. It is at the Juan Tabo and Menual location. Grab the flyer from the Restaurant Nights page and enjoy delicious pizza and raise money for the band all at the same time!
Zia Finalist Patches
As I understand it, Zia ran out of Finalist patches pretty quick last week. These can be ordered directly from the graphics company, but they charge a ton for shipping. Instead, we are going to put together a quick sale for these patches via our band store so the boosters can do a bulk order and save everyone a TON on shipping.
Order from our band store using this link: https://eldoradoband.revtrak.net/spirit-wear/misc-swag/#/v/zia-finalist-patch-2023
Order deadline will be next Sunday, 11/12.
Volunteer Opportunities
Marching Uniform Turn-in - After the award ceremony on Sat, 11/11, the students turn in their marching uniforms. It only takes about 45 minutes, so if you can help out with this, it makes light work for everyone.

AND a word from Mr. Sayre...

What a great marching season and what a great week of auditions! We had 112 jazz and concert audition registrations and getting those done was no easy task. Congrats. Here is what we are looking forward to next week:
Mil Levy Ballot: Voting on Tuesday! This is a measure that provides funding to fine arts programs in APS.
Marching Awards Ceremony: Saturday call time for band members in 10:15am. Ceremony will start at 11am. Dodgeball to follow.
Playing test/Audition due Tuesday: Students need to submit their audition in Google Classroom on Tuesday. Details are in the Google Classroom assignment.
